Delivery Information

We work with our logistics partners to provide a quality delivery service to our customers.

Standard Delivery - UK Mainland
Standard deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm, excluding bank holidays. You will receive a call to arrange your delivery date.On delivery, your unit(s) will be taken into the property by a two-person delivery team, unpacked in your room of choice and all packaging removed, provided there is clear access.

You must inform us of any delivery restrictions beforehand, including pedestrianised zones, steps or stairs, and vehicle restrictions such as weight or width limits.

Some restrictions may require a specialist delivery, for which additional charges may apply. We will confirm any additional costs with you before despatch.

If you do not inform us of any restrictions and the delivery fails as a result, you may incur an abortive delivery charge.

Special Delivery Requirements
