Warranty
Standard cover: 2 years parts & labour, UK mainland.
Every unit we supply comes with a 2-year warranty covering both parts and labour from the date of delivery, unless a different period is confirmed on your invoice.
If something goes wrong that isn't caused by misuse, wear and tear, or the exclusions listed below, we will repair, replace or refund the price on a pro-rata basis. This warranty applies to goods located in the UK mainland only.
1. What's Covered
For the full warranty period, we warrant that your goods will:
- Match the specification agreed at the time of order
- Be of satisfactory quality and fit for the purpose they were sold for
- Comply with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements
2. Warranty Period
The standard warranty is 2 years from the date of delivery, covering parts and labour. Where an order specifies a different warranty period on the Order Acknowledgement, that period applies instead.
3. What Isn't Covered
Warranty doesn't extend to:
- Continued use of goods after a fault has been reported
- Not following instructions for storage, installation, use or maintenance
- Defects caused by a design the buyer supplied
- Unauthorised alterations or repairs
- Fair wear and tear (e.g. LEDs, hinges, locks, gaskets, seals, plastics)
- Wilful damage, incorrect use, or negligence
- Poor positioning or inadequate ventilation
- Water supply, drainage, or limescale issues
- Blocked condensers or incorrect thermostat settings
- Inadequate or unsuitable electrical supply
- Changes in regulatory requirements after delivery
- Corrosion or cabinet staining
4. Where This Warranty Applies
This warranty covers goods located in the UK (mainland) only.
5. How To Make A Claim
Report it promptly:
- Visible defects (apparent on a normal inspection): let us know within 3 business days of delivery.
- Hidden (latent) defects: let us know within a reasonable time of the fault becoming apparent.
If a fault isn't reported within these windows, the goods are treated as accepted.
What to send us:
- Your original sales invoice
- Photographs of the unit in situ, plus a clear photo of the serial number / rating plate
- A written description of the fault

6. What Happens Next
Once we've reviewed a valid claim, we will, at our discretion, repair the goods, replace them (which may be with a unit of similar age and condition), or refund the price on a pro-rata basis. Once this has been done, that resolves the claim in full.
7. Your Responsibilities
- Removal and re-installation of goods (and any associated costs) is the buyer's responsibility. We're not responsible for any damage to the original setup or surrounding area during this process.
- If we replace a unit, safe disposal of the old one is the buyer's responsibility, in line with applicable regulations.
8. Repaired Or Replacement Goods
Any goods we repair or replace under warranty continue to be covered by the same contract terms as the original order.
This guide is to help you understand your cover. It doesn't replace or override our full Terms & Conditions.
